Here are the instructions for setting up your membership:

After clicking on the Become a Member link you'll be taken to the PayPal Checkout page. If you have a PayPal account enter the email you use with your PayPal account and your password and click the "Submit to Secure Server" button. (If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one at this time.)

 

Once your payment has been confirmed, you'll see the details of your purchase. Click the "IMPORTANT: Click here to access your membership!" button.

 

Once your payment has been completed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page, which will display your username and password. Make sure that you write these down in a safe place. This may take a few minutes so don't browse away before you see this screen. ( If you do not see this screen and you receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment, please contact me at kris@virtualclues.com and I will personally take care of the matter.)

 

You are now ready to Log In! After logging in you'll have access to all member content.

About Your Membership

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed once every 30 days for $8.95. From the date you sign up, you will gain instant access to all the member content available on VirtualClues. You will also gain access to all new content uploaded onto the site for the period you are signed on as subscriber.

Please note that your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the recurring billing date. (The date that you signed up.)

How do I view member content (Logging In) ?

Go to: http://www.virtualclues.com/login.php. You can also click on any link that requires a membership and be taken to the login screen. Enter in the email address you used to sign up with and the password that was emailed to you. Your email address should be the same one used for your PayPal account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your PayPal account. In your Transaction Details or payment History find the transaction labeled Lynn-IT. Click on the Details link next to the transaction. (See Below)

 

Now click on the link next to "In reference to" The link should look something like the one below in the red box.

This should bring you to a page detailing the subscription. At the bottom click on the Cancel Subscription button. This will automatically cancel your subscription to the site and you will no longer be billed.

Can I request a refund?

Once your subscription has begun, we do not offer any refunds. However, in the event there was a complication with your subscription process resulting in inability to access member content, you will be offered a full refund. Contact us at: support@virtualclues.com.
