Glossy Plastic/Glass Text

The plastic text effect is still irresistible to all web designers and I'm sure there are a gazillion tutorials out there for such but here's gazillion and one! This is an updated tutorial for Fireworks since this effect uses several Photoshop Live Filters first introduced in Fireworks CS3.

Important Notes: This PNG file requires Fireworks CS3 or later. The font in this example is Poornut and can be downloaded for free from Fonts101.
