Photos may not be used as part of a logo, trademark or service mark.

Any material or files that are, in our sole discretion, illegal, libelous, in bad taste or violate any local, state or international law is NOT permitted on our servers. Furthermore, the transmision of, distribution of and storage of any information or data which may be in violation of state and/or federal law is prohibited.
Prohibited Materials and Activities Include:
- Pornography
- Hate Language
- Hacker Sites
- Warez
- Spamming
- Copyright Violations
- Topsites
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Image Hosting Scripts
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC Sites
- Banner Ad Services
- Commercial Audio Streaming
- Escrow/Bank Debentures
- High-Yield Interest Programs or Related Sites
- Investment Sites
- Sale of any controlled substance
- Prime Banks Programs
- Lottery Sites
- MUD's/RPGs/PBBGs
- Fraudulent Sites
- Mailer Pro
- Or anything we deem unsuitable will be grounds for termination without a refund.
Billing:
Accounts are billed depending upon the schedule you chose when signing up. Accounts not paid within 30 days of their due date will be terminated. VirtualClues will not be held liable for loss of data due to account terminations.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your hosting account, for any reason, within the first 30 days of signup and receive a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are given.
Refusal of Service:
VirtualClues reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. VirtualClues is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.
Disclaimer:
VirtualClues shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. VirtualClues makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by VirtualClues and its employees.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement:
VirtualClues may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
PRIVACY
VirtualClues does not share nor sell any member information with any third-party.
